Taking a Break From Substack
As much as I love writing newsletters on health, I need to acknowledge the importance of intentional living
I’ve loved every single moment here on Substack. I’m thankful for everyone who has subscribed and engaged in other ways. I’ve learned more than I could have imagined and I’m thankful for all the moments when someone shared how my content helped them.
However, I’ve discovered the importance of intentional living and prioritization. I realize I was holding on all this time even though I know deep down I need to focus on other things, for now.
I’m looking forward to a time when I can devote myself to my Substack newsletter. For now, I will be focusing on self-care and building up my life with my family.
